4. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Thailand)
- We offer free nationwide shipping.
- Delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on location.
International Shipping
- Shipped via EMS (Thailand Post)
- Delivery time varies by country and customs clearance
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by destination countries
5. Returns & Exchanges
Domestic (Thailand)
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include complete packaging.
- We do not accept returns for customer errors (e.g. incorrect model ordered), unless exchanged at the customer’s expense.
- Please contact our customer service before returning any item.
International Orders
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the customer is willing to cover all related shipping costs (both directions).
- Due to high international logistics fees, we strongly advise reviewing your order and compatibility details carefully before purchase.

6. Warranty Policy

At this time, our product warranty policy applies only to customers in Thailand.
We are unable to provide warranty support for international purchases due to logistics limitations.

- Warranties apply only to Hurricane brand filters
- Customers must complete warranty registration within 10 days of purchase
- Incomplete or late registration may void the warranty
- Maximum of 2 replacements per product during the warranty period
- Warranty covers the air filter only — not damage to vehicles or parts
🔧 Stainless Steel Car Air Filter – Lifetime Warranty
- Covers standard and modified vehicles
- 2 replacements allowed over product lifetime
- No coverage for misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
🔧 Cotton Car Air Filter – 3-Year Warranty
- Covers standard and modified vehicles
- 2 replacements within 3 years
🏍️ Motorcycle Air Filter – 1-Year Warranty
- Covers only normal motorcycle use
- 2 replacements within 1 year
- Not valid for racing or performance vehicles
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage from the use of our products
- Any modification or misuse of the product
- Delay in delivery caused by third parties or force majeure events
8. Privacy Policy
We collect customer data for the purpose of processing orders, providing service, and sending relevant product updates or promotions.
Customer information is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
